Welcome to Buzzer (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. License & Ownership

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Buzzer for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• All rights, title, and interest in the App (including its design, code, and content) remain the property of the developer.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the App without prior written permission.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Buzzer may offer optional premium features or content through one-time purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

2.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscription options, durations, and pricing are clearly displayed within the App and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

2.2 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple device settings:

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
