Welcome to Roof Pitch Gauge (“App”). By downloading and using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. License & Ownership

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the App.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

We offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features within the App.

2.1 Subscription Options

• Roof Pitch Gauge Pro Weekly
  • Length: 1 week
  • Price: Displayed within the App
  • Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Roof Pitch Gauge Pro Annual
  • Length: 1 year
  • Price: Displayed within the App
  • Renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2.2 Subscription Management & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and will renew automatically unless canceled.

• To manage or cancel your subscription, go to:

  👉 Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Roof Pitch Gauge

• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

2.3 Free Trials & Refunds

• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the full subscription price.
